Parts?

Recently, the metal piece that holds the charger in the bottom of my phone fell out and is no where to be found. Does anyone know of any websites that would sell this type of part?

Problem playing DRM protected WMA files

I'm using a LG vx6100 USB cable and a 256MB card. When I download protected music onto the 9800 the phone says "Player Error, License Acquisition Failed." This is my CD, I ripped to my computer and DRM protected.

The file will sync ok to the phone just not play.

I have the USB cable for the phone, but nothing happens when I plug it in. My compuer does not see anything there. I use the same usb port all the time for other things and the phone and cable worked on a friends with no problem. Anyone else ever have this problem.

Playing MP3s

I have a question that someone might be able to help me with. On the new version of the V is there anyway to make able to play MP3s or do I have to find an older version. I have read on the forum that there are ways to change the setup from MOD to MP3. Can someone help me with this?

Mp3 question

I just got the phone and I was wondering if I could put MP3's on it without having a mini SD card. I thought this phone had 128 memory on it already and was hoping I could just load some straight on to it. Anyone have any idea about that?

Thanks a bunch

Weird Question

Hey all, I was just wondering something. With all of you that have Bluetooth headsets, do you still talk to people on the phone just using the phone as a regular candy bar style phone even though you have bought a Bluetooth headset? Also, when you use your speakerphone to talk to people, do they tell you that they can barely hear you or something to that effect? THis is what a lof of my friends and my parents have told me when i Use speakerphone and I don't really put the phone up to my ears a lot cause this is why I bought my bluetooth Motorola headset. I'm just wondering thats all.

A few questions before purchasing

My phone contract ends in a few weeks, and I either plan to buy the vx9800 or the vx9900. My main question is, what happens when someone sends you a text message or leaves a message on your phone? With my current phone, it makes a very loud and irritating beeping noise even if the phone is on silent.

Also, which of the two phones should I try to get? If I wait too long, then Verizon stores may stop selling the vx9800, but they may also decrease the price because the vx9900 will be out.

Emergency Numbers

I know that this is a Forum for the 9800, but I am hoping that someone who had the 8100, could help me. My understanding is that with the phone locked you call call the three emergency numbers ( which by default are keys 1,2, and 3.) I can't get the phone to allow me to use 911 as an emergency number. If I do, I get an error that says that the phone is locked an only Emergency and Specialty numbers can be called. Did anyone get 911 to work? If so, How?
