Palm Treo 650 (GSM)
Anyone having reception issues with the 650?
I have encountered varying signal strength with my 650. Rarely do I lose my signal completely, but, I have experienced with two bars or less, call quality is severely affected. Thus, a drop from full signal strength to two bars is a big deal. Callers complain of a whinning or echo. This occurs on both landline and cellular calls. I have the Axalto SIM card and have updated the OS. Anyone else having these difficulties?

I'd like a Treo 650 but I am with T-Mobile
Can I buy a Cingular Treo 650, unlock it and use it with T-Mobile? I heard that the treo 650 unlocked don't work as well as the locked. Is it true?
The other reason to buy a Cingular one is that I would get a great discount on it.

T-Mobile and Treo 650
Does anyone know if and/or when T-mobile is going to carry the Treo 650? From what I've read only Cingular currently carries it. If I purchase an "unlocked" version of this phone from an independent dealer would I be able to use it with a T-Mobile plan?

Does anyone know of a good case with a swivel clip that also gives you free access to the keyboard as well as the screen. I hate having my keyboard covered with that damn clear plastic thing. Please let me know. Thanks!

Palmone BT Headset Volume
Hey Everyone,
I'm new to this but I recently got my Treo 650 and the Palmone BT headset. Everything works fine as far as connectivity but the volume on it SUCKS!! 😡 Its good for a quiet setting but in the car while driving down the Hwy w/windows up and in restaurants I can bearly hear the other party. Does anyone know of a way to Pump-Up the Volume???

TREO 650 as modem for laptop
I just purchased a TREO 650 today. The reps said that it was possible to connect my laptop to the TREO via the usb cable to use the phone as a modem. They could not actually tell me how to do it. they said it was an underground thing and mentioned this web site. Can someone please help me on completing thin task? Thanks in advanced....

Using the 650 Plus another phone
I am thinking of gettin the 650 when my current contract is up next week. It would be my primary use phone but it would be nice to have another small phone for certain situations where i dont wanna carry the 650. Thinking about the Razr or something like that. Would i have to find a source for an unlocked Razr or can i buy one directly from cingular and just move my sim card from the treo to the Razr when i want to swap phones? Thanks

Does this phone have html internet?
Or does it have crappy wap? I am trying to decide between this and the SX66. This has EDGE, the other has WiFi. SX66 has html, if this one doesn't, I may have to go with the other one. Any comments about performance would be appreciated. 🙂

Treo 650 or Razr v3? and web browsing?
I'm thinking of Switching from Verizon to Cingular but I'm so indecisive when it comes to which phone to get it either the treo 650 or v3? I'm looking for a phone that basically will keep me entertain and looks cool. Also I want to know how good is the web on these phones? Any suggestions? Please help!!!
