cingular sucks,the vol on cingular phone are so low you can,t hear,all of cingular phone are so low you can,t hear,verizon is just better it,s real it,s the network new 2 yr. with verizon rock a by cingular,my whole family switch to verizon from cingular

Is it possible to assign unique ringtones to different contacts without getting the Mobile PhoneTools software? If so, how do you do it? I've tried looking in the manual and found nothing as of yet.

Hi I have added a 30 sec mp3 to my phone but when i select it to be a ring tone it still plays the default ring tone what am i doing wrong?

Does anyone know if its possible to have a custom ring tone set for a caller and still have the text for them just beep. Its annoying not knowing if its a call or a text I'm receiving. Any help would be great, thanks

I know that this sounds very odd, and probably the thought disgusts many of you, but I want to emphasize before I get started, that this must be a naturally occurring odor.

I am a very clean individual and take exceptional care of my RAZR which I got at Cingular in July ‘05 (9 months ago). Over the past month or two, the phone has developed an odor, and it has been getting worse. I really do not mean to disgust anyone, but it smells like body odor. I will exclaim again, it is by no means from me. Also, it is not the mouth piece (so it would not be an odor spread by someone’s mouth), but it seems to be originating from the keypad. I did a google search and I found others that are experiencing the same problem. I am just wonder...

Some people just don't get that Razrs aren't the best solutions to a phone 🙄

After 20 days on my new Razr with no issues, the "Insert SIM" message comes up and the phone acts like there is no SIM and the phone does not work. If I power down and then power back up, the phone works fine till about 10 more minutes and the "Insert SIM" message came back. I returned the phone for a new one (same SIM card) and it worked great, for 10 days. Now the same issue is back. I assume this is a SIM card issue and not a phone issue since a new phone didnt solve the problem. Anyone else have this problem before? How was is solved? Thanks.

i've been having trouble with the razr, im on my third one and this one is starting to act up, warranty exchange wanted to send me another, but i dont want it, so they offered the sony ericsson w600i, i'm not sure which one to take, any suggestions would be appreciated.

I have the blk razr and I got it when it first came out. I know that there is program that you are able to put on your razr phone, so you can put mp3's on your phone. I am just wondering if anyone's knows where to get this program from or what it is called?

When you go on the web with cingular and search for ringtones I can't preview the tones. Is there a way to hear what they sound like before you buy them?

I have Cingular and want to send mp3's to my phone. I downloaded audacity and have a 30 second sound clip. Now what do I do? How do I send it to my phone?

I just got a Razr Black and Pink also from Cingular. I used to have Verizon and I could just email my own ringtone to the phone that I had which was a Motorol also. How can I do this on the Razr?

Does anyone knows about any issues to keep Bluetooth device connected all the time to the phone. I have got Logitech Mobile Pro headset and the phone was ableto find it no problem so far... the only problem is when I trun off the headset or move it outside of phone bluetooth range -> and then turn the headset back on or within the range -> I have to go through all steps again to connect to the headset...

I don't think it should work this way... as far as I know the phone should kind of "trust" the device and once it's back it should find it automatically...

I have only Logitech Mobile Pro... perhaps it's normal for this one...

Please let me know what you are facing... the same thing or maybe my phone or headset is not ...

The video on my silver v3 lasts only 2 seconds. with the lower resolution it lasts about 5seconds. I heard tweaking it can make it last to about a minute, now how do I do that?

I have an unlocked Razr and I'm trying to setup my POP email account. I have followed all of the configurations posted on the many forums and it still doesn't work. I think my problem may be simple...I don't have Tzones. I normally have a sidekick, and Tzones isn't available with the sidekick data plan because it already has unlimited data on it. I thought that would be all I needed to conect and retrieve my email, but it still doesn't work. My question is this: Does anyone know if it is possible to retrieve email WITHOUT tzones? Or do you have to have it? Thanks in advance
