Nice line of phones from the C series to the X.
Affordable.
One thing Motorola (Lenovo) still needs to concentrate on is the camera quality. Though not intensively flagship quality driven, it would help tremendously. Motorola phones have a reputation of sub-par camera quality.

The ads are not a big deal
I recently got the Moto G5 Plus this way and the ads are just the lock screen. If you have a notification then it's just a notification ad on the lock screen. Doesn't bother me at all.
