So How much will it cost around 400 or 700?
I heard both thing and now i really do not know who to belive so will it be 400 or 700. I want to go with 400-600 but i really have no clue now. So what is it?

I asked a friend in Tokyo to check out the price of this phone and I was told that you can get it for free with a service plan signup. That means the phone is free! Any of you know about unlocking a japanese phone and converting the internals to operate on the current ATT GSM??? I've been told its possible with the UK s700 models since they use the same GSM frequenices.

There are many rumors about the carriers but does anybody have a firm idea if t-mobile will be getting this phone?

does anyone have any new news on the s700? does anyone know for sure who will carry this phone? i'm hoping its t-mobile or cingular. too bad sprints not getting it....sprint always gets the ugliest phones!

I see these phones on eBay but I am skeptical whether or not they are really for sale or if it is a scam. Is it possible that these are out and available in other regions? If they are unlocked is it safe to assume they are usable in North America (I am in Canada Roger's GSM 900/1800/1900) Any info would be great if anybody can help me ....

I just realized after reading through a review that there was no mention of the phone running on symbian. That really sucks. I thought it was going to be the perfect phone.

signal strength on SE's?
This phone looks pretty hot. I have the T610 with t-mobile right now but the signal is horrid. When i switch my sim to my samsung e105 it's great. Does anyone know how the signal strength is on this phone? If its better than the 610 i may acctually think about gettin it.

Will it come out in Major Dealers in the USA?
Will this phone come out because the P900 never came out for Major dealers because I don't want to have to by it in a web site even though its the sony web site or ebay and I don't want to buy it from third party dealers because they charge to much. So any of you know if it will come out?

Will this phone be able to download java applets??
I want to go to Yahoo Games and play chess online with my friends, but that requires downloading a javascript applet. I don't know of any "phone" that can do that yet, except maybe for a few super-expensive ones like the p900, I think that one can do it.
