Downloading Ringtones

I have just downloaded all the ringtones from the Sonyericcson website for FREE. I used my data cable and MMS Home Studio. Problem is, I finally got the message that my "template is full". So then I go to listen to all my new ringtones and they aren't there-(in SOUNDS)! I look in "Templates" and find them all THERE instead of in "SOUNDS". What am I doing wrong now? How do I download all these into the "SOUNDS" area of my phone?
Gonna have to buy ANOTHER 6 pack!

Button???

So what does that button on the side of the phone do? Since obviously it is not for PTT (push to talk), what is it used for? Anybody who has the phone, please let me know.

Speakerphone?

OK,

Had this phone 24 hours and got everthing to work EXCEPT, I can't find the speakerphone? Anyone able to tell me how to operate it? If I get a call, or make a call and need both hands (say a troubleshooting call on my computer that requires me to set phone down), what do I "PUSH" or do to activate the speaker phone? Thanks, Mike

Voice Dialing Question.

This is a SAD question. Used my Old Motorola V60 for 3 years. Just spent 6 hours programming this new Z500 to ring with purdy pictures and individual ring tones, synced my addresses with Outlook etc. Now I go to make my FIRST call. I can NOT figure out how to voice dial! I even earlier assigned voice commands for each e mail but can not figure out how to "open phone" and speak to dial. Maybe I need a nap......Any clues? Mike

Video time...

Any one know how long the video capture is?? I think I can only do about 10 seconds. Is that as long as it goes, or is there a way to make it longer?
Thanks

Photo for Ring?

Sorry but I am lost here. Got mine today and have the data cable etc. I got it to sync with Outlook (after 3-4 nervous BREAKDOWNS!), but I can NOT figure out HOW I am able to get pictures I already have on my home computer, transferred to my phone to allow me to assign them to my callers? Anyone able to help an old guy on his 4th beer???? Thanks, Mike 😕

memory

Does this phone have removable memory because if it doesn't than how do you get the songs on to it, and how is there enough room to put songs on it.

Cingular

Cingular finally has the z500, only 99.00 dollars online with a 2 year contract, but after looking closer, it is just a z200 with a camera.

Z500...really available?

I checked cingular.com and they still do not have the phone on their website, and it's 1230pm eastern. When I called customer care at 10am, they didn't have it then either.

Are stores actually carrying this phone today? I'm going to call Cingular again and see if they can order it, or i'll call a local store. If any of you have this phone in your hand...where did you get yours?

z500 officially released and available

As most of us know, the Sony Ericsson z500 is available on cingular.com and also in Cingular stores...as of Fri, Dec. 10th.

I already picked up this model, it's a wireless marvel. The extensive feature list and reasonable price tag, along with being a model that is exclusive to Cingular will be sure to make the z500 a hit with consumers.

The design of the phone, which is a popular flip style, along with dual color displays and EDGE high speed data just add to the positive aspects of the phone.

If you haven't seen this phone in person, you should go check it out, this is my third day owning this phone, and it's still suprising me.

just to clarify

I went to go look at this phone today. Many people say that the screen is too small. Actually it is the same size as the t-mobile e715 or the popular verizon a670. It only looks smaller because the area surrounding the phone is larger. The phone is bulkier than some flips but the weight makes up for that. It happens to be a very light weight, solid built phone.
