Memory/storage space

I just got the phone and it is already full on space.... I don't have no games.... 10 songs n my music app n a couple of pictures ... An my space low... What is the problem?

Black screen

When making a call the screen goes black and will not come back on until the call is finished and the power button is pushed. When making calls while in the car and using Bluetooth the screen does not go black.

First increase your network coverage.
Too many EDGE and 2G pockets in the more densely populated areas.
