Nokia 6620

I am looking for information on how to sync the Nokia 6620 with the Mac G4 via the DKU-2 data cable. One question I have is are there different drivers for the Mac vs. PC? Any information would be usefull. I have done this personally with the Nokia PC Suite software and Windows XP Pro, but I am clueless when it comes to Mac.

Could you put N-Gage game cards in the 6620 and play them...if so how???

If I were to, say, take pictures and password-protect the files so no one could see, how would I do that on the 6620?

I recently bought this phone and this is the first time I have had trouble sending a text message to an EMAIL address. I get "invalid contact detail". With other Nokia phones it was easy. I've tried the same steps as with my other phones. Besides sending an email as a Multimedia message(which does work), can anyone help me figure out why it won't let me. I've tried it on two 6620's from Cingular and neither work. Is it a software issue? Please Please help me!! 😢

Im in Amsterdam and need a new sim. Im on a borrowed computer and cant download software to it. Can someone please help me unlock my phone? I cant seem to find 6620 on any of the online services, not to mention at&t's code. I bought my phone in the us and my imei is 353755000518771. Any help would be awesome. Thank you.

Does it cost money to use the real player/real tv if so just an estimate or how much would be appriciated i have ATT service if that helps.....

I'm only here because of how awesome this phone looked, and I just have a few more questions. First, can you use pictures as ID on the caller ID when someone calls/you call them? I know you can pick a thumbnail to put in their profile, but... I'm not sure if that goes to the caller ID. Heh, the Nokia page on it didn't do it much justice for me. Second, can you have your ringer set to a recording? Seems that you could, with the speaker phone and microphone (well, duh, it's a phone =P). The look of the screen and whole phone interface looks awesome. Oh, I'm probably not going to do many text messages, but can you use the joystick to scroll through a keyboard on the screen? In the phone menu, in the connect folder I can activate infrared connectivity on the 6620. The diagram says the IR port is on the right side of the phone. On my PC (windows 9😎 I have Infrared Monitor active and set to search for IR devices in range. I also have a Virtual IR COM port (whatever that is) on my computer. So my questions are:

1. can i send data from my PC to my 6620 via infrared?
2. where do i point my phone IR port to, since I have no idea what a "Virtual IR COM Port" looks like on my PC?
3. can you give me any further info since i'm basically a tech newbie?

I've used a BT Motorola headset several times lately. I keep noticing that my head feels strange sometimes after I've used it. Has anyone had any headache or nausea feelings after using a BT headset. It feels like when I used to talk for too long on some of the first Motorola flip phones. I can't find any info on the Internet about possible risks of using BT headsets, but I probably will stop using mine.

I converted the notes from my palm desktop and imported them into outlook. I synced my phone and thought this is cool. However I can't figure out how to search them on my phone. I have over 50 notes and would like to search their contents. Any thought or does anyone know of an app that allows you to do this.

I currently have an Audiovox 5600 with Cingular. I use the internet a ton on the phone. Is the speed of the new Edge technology that much of a differnce that I should switch phones? How is the streaming video quality? Does it sync with Outlook? Is there add on software? Thanks for humoring me.

How many calls does the call log hold? missed / dialed / received

I'm able to create a new contact with addresses in the Nokia Contacts Editor and save it to the phone. But, my synch with Outlook (choosing "All Details" in the config) doesn't copy over the address data to the phone. How can I get that data over?
