Kyocera SE47 / SE44 / V5 (Slider)

what would happen if you put back one of the magnets,would some features come back?any help would be great.I've already taken out both of them successfully and dont want to mess around for no reason.

I just got this fone today and it says u cant make caller id specific ringers and graphics but you can..

I read in one of the reviews for this phone that you are unable to talk on the phone while it is charging. Is this true? I can't imagine that Kyocera would design the phone this way.

Second if it is true, how about if you remove the magnet on the slider are you then able to use the phone while it is charging? Thanks in advance for any info on this matter.

Does anyone know how to Modify this phone so the Speaker works with the Slider closed. I know its possible I have seen it.

Went to my local Verizon store tonight.....They had the sliders in stock...The guy that approached us wasn't a "salesperson" he identified himself as a "technician/repair guy went in fully prepapred to pick up a new phone for the wife.....This guy was like..... wait a couple of weeks....... you sure..you want a brand new phone ???"...."I'd wait a while and see if people hate them....the software is brand new.....plus it's digital only....if you go up north you have no coverage (we live in Michigan)".........

This cat was a total negative sell.....I wouldn't go back into that store and buy a car cord from them....

I guess it'll be interesting to hear comments on the phone until we get a chance to go to a different Verizon store to pick ...

Guys? can you blow up the text on sliders to a bigger size?

Does anyone know how to blow up the text on the slider? I know you can do it with the old v60 but can you do it with the slider?

I just picked this phone up myself. It's pretty cool. On my old V60 I could blow up the text on the screen to a bigger size. Can you do that on the slider? how?

where is it. It's not showing up on the verizon website and phone scoop still says it's not out. I have a LG VX6000 and it my 3rd phone since January. Can I trade it for a slider???

spoke with a lady this morning at Buis Support totally clueless !! checking to see if there was maybe a chance it could be ordered and next day sent to me she said nothing is coming out till next quarter!!!
She is either clueless or just not talking seems kind of dumb the way they act over new phones...especially when you are only trying to BUY there product.

i just got through playing with a live demo...this phone rox!!!! Very loud speakerphone and a menu system that shadows an LG( thats a good thing) get this phone. It also feels very durablei am impressed with this phone. way to go kyocera!
