I was wondering if there was a setting or a way to get the X to load the full view web site instead of the streamlined mobile version.

In a Verizon store I was testing the X by trying to load the regular web sites for sites like MLB, Mets, and CNET. Each time, it loaded the simplified mobile version (even if I clicked on the link on the bottom of the web page to view the full site. I went into the web settings to see if there was a way to enable the X to load the full site or disable viewing the mobile sites. I could not find any.

I then went to the Incredible and tried the same thing. There is a an option in the Incredible's web setting to enable or disable the viewing of mobile web pages. I can't remember the exact name (something l...

I have had my X since the 19th. I used to have the Storm. That being said, it seems to me my battery is dying quickly. I use it quite a bit...viewing different websites, facebook, twitter, decent amount of texts, and emails,as well as messing around with the set up...i do have some widgets downloaded, however also use the app task killer. I unplugged it from the charger @ 8am today. As of 1pm im already down to 40% left. Is this typical? Are there ne tricks or tips if this is typical r could there be something possibly wrong? Any help would be greatly appreciated...other than the battery life the device has been great!

Is it normal for the back of the phone to warm up while going back in forth between internet, texting and running some apps?

This is my first smartphone so I apologize for not knowing this. I usually turn my phone on about 930a or 10a and not off until midnight or 1am. Should the battery be completely drained at the end of the day? My Dare was able to go 3 days without needing a charge but not my X so far. Granted I do use it some more than the Dare but nothing drastic. When I check where most of my battery power is going, is says my display is taking up 83-90% of my power. I did a picture of mine from my pc onto it, but it's just a picture of the beach! I've also lowered the display brightness but that doesn't seem to be helping much. Any ideas?

Also, I've now misplaced my charger (go figure) and wanted to know if I could use the charger from my Dare to...

Does anyone have any comments (good/bad) about the 8MP camera on the Droid X? I have a Droid (5MP) and it basically takes horrible pictures. The pictures look OK on the phone (thumbnail size) but when sent via email or picture mail and you look at them on a computer the pictures are grainy/pixelated. I've only printed 1 picture and it was grainy with distorted colors. Thank you.

When I try to register my facebook on the Motorola blur widget it says "internal error try again" Over and over for two days. I have read online this is not rare. Any insight?

My wife and I have the 1st droid and the call quality leaves something to be desired. If you put the phone on your shoulder forget about the person on the other end understanding you. It sounds muzzled.

I am really interested in getting the X but I haven't found anyone talking about the call quality. Is it improved, I mean do I have to hold the phone just right, so the other person understands me like the original droid, or can I rest it on my shoulder and talk?
