Need a blind walthrough for sending contacts to another phone

So my screen broke (Like cracked in half and you can only see the top right corner and a sliver of the left side) and I'm getting an LG Dare as a replacement. Problem is I don't want to go and add a bunch of people manually again since I only know some people through my phone. I can get to the contacts screen via shortcuts but once I hit the options button I have no idea what's what. If anyone could tell me which buttons to push next that would be great, thanks in advance!

Peeling

I recently got the Venus in pink and I've had the phone for about a week and a half and have been taking very good care of it but the silver chrome looking part around the screen looks like its peeling on the sides and I recently saw another one with the same problem that looked very cheap. Any suggestions on how to stop the peeling?

Texting problem with Venus

So I have a problem with the texting on my Venus. I can text one word and then it will freeze until I take out my battery. This problem occurs when I am on notepad as well. I can call though and go through the menu fine. My Venus is pretty new too. Any suggestions?

Venus--pink???Worth buying?

Considering the purchase of the venus for my daughter for V-Day. For those of you that own this phone, what are the pros and cons. I have tried to sift through as many messages here as I could, but want to know specific pros and cons. Appreciate the help!

Using bitpim

I'm having trouble getting ringtones, pics, etc. onto my phone with bitpim. If anyone could give me a step by step procedure that worked for them, it would be greatly appreciated!

Touch screen sensitivity?

I currently have the chocolate and do not like the sensitivity of the scroll wheel or the "heat sensitive" keys. Are the touch keys of the Venus as overly sensitive as the chocolate?? I can't tell you how many times I have cleared entries or moved screens without meaning to - especially while texting. Also, when I put the handset to my ear to use as a phone I keep hitting buttons and erasing contacts, etc. And yes, I have changed the sensitivity settings. I am almost at my 30 days and don't want to end up hating my phone. Any thoughts you want to share would be much appreciated!!

On my Third phone now

The first one stop working (I couldn't hear anyone when they called, no sounds worked on the phone) This was after about five months of use. Verizon gave me a new one and then this one stopped working after about two months (the 1,4,7,* buttons stopped working). Verizon gave me another new one. This phone works okay, when it works. If it dies again, I am going to demand a different phone. I would pass on the Venus giving a second chance. The old 8350 was still the most reliable phone I ever had.

Go to your nearest Verizon Wireless store and inquire at their tech services department for the upgrade. 😁

bluetooth connection with car bluetooth

Has anyone had a problem with connecting with handsfree factory installed bluetooth in the car? I have a new Toyota with this and it has been inconsistent with auto connect, and sometimes will not manually connect. It worked fine for over four months, and now has been replaced by two refurbished phones. It is not tne car bluetooth, because it will consistently connect to my husbands phone.

Keeping Venus screen clean

I will appreciate recommendations on how to clean the screen on my Venus. Verizon staffers have alternated between "don't touch it" to "I'd use a little bit of Windex..."

I outtexted my phone antone else??

☚ī¸

This is the second venus I have went thoggh. I have out texted my phone.

This is what happens:
I'll go in and start texting in T9. About 2-5 words in, it will lock up. Not lock up like press the power button to reset, but I mean I take the battery off and wait a few seconds and power back on.

So.now.i.have.to.text.like.this.because.no.on e.knows.what.is.going.on. I really like this phone, but i can't keep going in and switching phones.

Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions??

Venus owners ! Does this phone accidentally dial out easily?

I am seriously considering this phone... My concern is does it unlock and dial out on it's own easily??? Like when it's in a pocket or purse and it gets bumped? Please let me know if this is a issue with this phone. Can you also briefly tell me about the lock out feature. Thank you

Text Messaging Personal Contact Ringer

Is there really no way to have an individualized ringer for an incoming text message by a specific person in your contacts? Every other phone I had, had this option...if this is the case that it doesnt provide this simple feature I will be very upset with this phone!! Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your time!!

Question about taking pics

Hello- When I take a picture of my 8 month old son obviously he is going to move. So when he does the picture is totally blurred by his movement, because of the delay of the picture being taken once I hit the button. Does anyone know if that can be adjusted in the camera to quicken the snapshot? My sister has the Lg9400 and its so quick when she takes pics.
Thanks in advance!!
