Sprint HTC Touch or Sprint HTC Mogul???

Hello everyone. I've been trying to make a decision on which phone to upgrade to for a REALLY long time now, and I'm really stuck between these two. I've never had a PDA (coming from a Samsung A900)and all of my research still hasn't helped me decide. Does anyone out there know which phone is actually better??? Please help! Thanx!

Cube Customizer

Has anyone tried out this cube customizer program(link below) on a Sprint version of the touch? I was curious to hear how it worked...

Considering this upgrade from a buggy Samsung A900

Well, it's almost time to take the plunge, I've read all the reviews I can find and this entire thread but I don't have some of the answers I need...hopefully some of you early adopters can fill in the blanks for me.

I noticed that the Touch requires voice-tags to be recorded for voice dialing...something I've not missed since moving to my A900....how well is this working for you? I frankly can't understand using this outdated technique when voice dialing is almost essential in today's hands-free world.

How's the touch look outside, can you see the screen (especially with a screen protector in place) well enough to use the interface in full sunlight?

What's the consensus on the firmware update to Rev A, anyone know for sure.

I'd...

not getting out of sleep mode

Well so far the only issue i have is it not getting out of sleep mode when it is in standby for a long time. I have called sprint and they said this is not a known issue. If anyone is having an issue with this please let them know.

Or if anyone has a fix, please share the knowledge.

Got A Touch Today

Picked one up today.

Interface - seems fairly simple so far though I have not set up messaging. I have only browsed the web to a webmail server and logged in to access email.

Texting - I have texted back and forth with a buddy. There are several keyboard options in "vertical" mode you can use. There is the full keyboard with the smallest buttons, there is one that is similar to a regular phone (i.e. "abc" are on the "1" key) with very large keys, and there is one that is in-between, where you get medium sized keys, with only two letter per key. I am 6'3" with large hands. I texted my buddy "I'm texting you from my new touch" while driving using the full (smallest keys) keyboard, and I only had a few mistakes. Just make sure when the ph...

mmmm i dont like

it looks too similar to the iphone...though they were in production at the same time...it seems like its a lot weaker than other touchscreen pda's. no wifi...no key pad. I prefer the tilt over this...I am no iphone fan but i honestly think its better than this...I'm dissapointed in you htc. you could do better..also the interface looks ugly as heck.touchflo will be nice tho.

and if we were to compare it to iphone...very much worse battery life, and inferior memory.

good thing sprint got it and not a good service

Release date in stores too?

I was just curious if each store will have the phone on the release date or if it will be restricted to online or possibly a select few stores as well?

Thank you Sprint!! Two??s

I for one am anxiously awaiting this phone.

I have two quick questions:

Will this device stream the sound from Sprint TV/Radio to my stereo bluetooth headphones?

Is the MP3 UI easier/faster to use than the than the Upstage? Too much scrolling to find a song.

Thankx,
