Opening Battery Cover

Just wondering if anyone else is having a b*tch of a problem opening this cover. I finally gave up and used a screwdriver.

Otoh, the phone is great. Very nice ergonomics and the slide is smooth and easy to open and close.

Samsung SGH-a737 vs. Motorola Razr v3xx...

If you were to choose between the Samsung SGH-a737 or the Motorola v3xx model, which one would it be?

I know I have heard a lot of people say they would never buy another Razr, but keep in mind it is a later model.

Anyway, which one would you guys suggest?

Any other suggestions other than those two?

You Get what you pay for

I work for ATT and cannot tell you how many times a customer comes in and says, "my phone is broken it is a piece of crap." I look at the phone and it is a phone they got for free after rebate. I look at their account and see they are eligible for full discounted pricing on phones and they are telling me the whole time they want another free phone b/c the last free phone they got was a piece of crap. Ok lets take a second here... Now do you really want another free phone, u just got done telling me your last free phone was a piece of crap. Moral of the story... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Why do you think the iPhone isn't free? Or a Curve. The more money you spend on the phone, better it is going to be 95% of the time.

That being sai...

Does this compare to the d-807?

I had the d807 from Samsung and I couldn't have been happier with it. Unfortunately that went through the washing machine today and the insurance is replacing it with this a-737. 😕 Are they really that comparable? is this a worth while phone? The colors seem kind of childish actually... I guess we shall see....

Buy One Get One Free!

Starting November 4, these phones are buy one get one free after mail in rebate. 150 bucks out the door, but 100 dollars in rebates.

That's 50 bucks for two of these puppies.

Technical trouble

not that i have your attention,

this phone looks ka-ute. i hope it doesn't suck.

You know what i noticed, inexpensive phones suck. I think mainly its because everyone buys them if they are cheap and the more people that buy a phone, the more people will have a problem with them.

Except the RAZR, that was a POS
