I bought a Pearl a couple of days ago at a tmobile store. Everything seemed fine until this evening when I noticed a dead pixel. Has anyone else encountered similar? Just to get an idea of what to expect: what are the odds of getting a replacement unit because of a stuck pixel?

i am on the smart axcess family plan and i noticed alot of people in here saying t-mobile will not let you add the blackberry package. i guess i just talked to the right person because they added it my account with no problem and it worked just fine. my blackberry works great and my first bill was fine. for al of you with smart axcess i recomend you call customer care and speak with someone because they added it for me.

Yeah even if it has suretype ill deal with it this is razr thick with camera and media player and T-Mob got it thats bulls*** this is gunna be a good year for RIM

Anyone know of a good place to get free themes and ringtones for the black berry pearl? I am new to the blackberry world and am having problems trying to find some cool stuff for this phone.

Im a cingular employee and just dropped like 350 on a pearl. Anyone know how to unlock this phone or who can. I gots to have this phone.

I cant send pixs. no where on the phone gives me the option. it says in the manual to select creats mms. put i don't have that option. and after i take a pix it wont let me select the message option. please help me!
