BlackBerry and Bluetooth

I have been using BlackBerry phones for a number of years through my company and so have many of my coworkers. I have personally used models from the 7250 through the 8700 and others in my company have used the 8130 (I don't know if the 1 is correct in the model number but the rest are correct), Pearl, and 8800. Since the Curve has a camera we are not permitted in my company to use this phone.

Anyway, I have never had the Bluetooth feature in the phone work successfully for long and all of my coworkers have issues with Bluetooth and their BlackBerry phones. The same Bluetooth devices work with other cell phones and are listed to work with the Class of Bluetooth that RIM and their Blackberry phones support. Does anyone else have an iss...

I really messed up with the phone model before. I meant to say that I didn't know if the 8 was the correct number and when I checked the model number is the 7130.

I haven't had any problems with the bluetooth in my 8703e or 8830.

i have the 8100 Pearl and I learned that to use bluetooth, I had to go where I wanted the file to go, and if it was being sent to me, i had to hit "receive using bluetooth" and then highlight what i wanted to send, then choose, "send using bluetooth"...hope this helps!
