It is a two-step process. You need to use your Palm desktop software to sync your Palm with Outlook. You then can sync Outlook with your Blackberry.

The easiest way to do this is to get your Palm sync'd with Outlook and then sync the Blackberry with Outlook using its Desktop Manager. It's been some years since I used a Palm PDA, but if the latest version of Palm Desktop will not sync directly with Outlook then a third-party sync tool like PokcetMirror may be needed.

Another option is to use Palm Desktop to export your Palm's address book to a CSV file and then import that file into Outlook. Might be easier said than done, though, since the position of the different phone number and the email fields in Palms can be switched around. Unless you've kept this consistent, you'll end up with work numbers in the home number fields in Outlook and such. Palm's fault, not Microsoft's.
