8525 upgrade to windows 6.0

AT&T has listed the 8525 on its site as upgradeable to Windows Mobile 6.0 in Q3. This listing has the AT&T logo (versus the old cingular logo) actually on the phone. They are also selling on their site refurbished 8525's with the cingular logo on the phone but the description doesn't specifically say it is upgradeable. I contacted AT&T and asked if the refurbished ones can be upgraded. All I can get them to say is "it should be". Does anyone know definitively that the older 8525's can be upgraded or will it only be the newer versions with the new logo? (I am thinking maybe there is a firmware and/or other changes on this new logo phone).?? Thanks

I recently bought two 8525s with wm6 on them already. One isn't available right now, but the one on my desk has this information. You might compare it to yours and then see if it is the same and therefore can be upgraded.
