SideKick II Replacement Keypad

SOOOO I bought a Sidekick II on ebay for a really good price, but the keypad is bubbling and T-Mobile won't replace it because I wasn't the original owner. Can the keypad be replaced by someone for cheap or what can I do? HELP!!!
