dumb question...
I cant get the battery compartment open on wifes 710a. there is a little tab at the end of it but I cant get it to move in any direction. nor can I get the cover to slide off. any suggestions?

grab the fone with the screen facing down, and the camera lens right in front of you, and the power/handsfree receptacle facing away from you. with one press down with each thumb on the cover, one thumb just forward of the speaker and one thumb just forward of the light (one on each side of the "n" in Ericsson, press down and away, the cover you snap forward and slide off.
