K750 has good reception. I have had sonys t226 (bad reception), t616 good reception, and p900 (ok reception). Generally Sony and Nokia have the same signal strenth on a side by side comparison. I have though had customers return both samsung and motorolas on complaints of signal strength.

Hope this helps.

Technically yes. But I would make sure they have 1900mhz coverage in your area first. If not, then it will not work.

I have the k750i here in Orlando. Cingular said that it should work on their network and they were correct. I do notice that at home my bars are like 1 and 2 bars but I can still make and hear calls. At work which is still in the Orlando area my reception is excellent. I had the T637 before this one and that phone had pretty good call quality. This phone now is very clear if you can get full bars on reception. No background noise at all. I have to say overall for the two of three phones that I've had from SE the reception has been decent.
