Storage Memory Critically Low. There is no (zero) Storage Memory available. I sync with MS Outlook - I have good number of contacts. I receive over 50 emails per weekday; I delete each after reading the email. I have copied 80 songs to a storage card. I have downloaded Skype.com - 5.9MB. There are no Word, Excel, pictures, video or other files saved on the device. I have spent 2.5 hours with Verizon and they have no idea. They suggest removing Skype - when I went to remove through "Remove Program" the program wasn't listed. Verizon support has no idea of the problem.
