Start at Eringers.com and search the poly tones. Click the tone name you want from the list. This will take you to a download screen. Place a check-mark in the "MIDI" format box and scroll to the bottom to click on download. This takes you to a new screen that gives you a URL. The site wants you to use your mobile web to navigate to the URL, but you don't do that. Look at the text under the URL. There is an option to click "MY TONES" which takes you to the specific url for the tone you selected. Right click that URL and "SAVE TARGET AS" to your computer.
