BRAND NEW AUDIOVOX CDM

I have used my phone 3 days...the liquid crystal is cracked...you can see the outside screen, but the inside is all messed up...the phone still works...does anyone know if the flip part can be replaced...I contacted Audiovox and they will not give me a new phone...of course...I had no insurance...thanks in advance for your replies...pat

You would be looking at aprox $100 to send it to Audiovox to get it repaired. Talk to your carrier - they may have a program to get you a replacement for a lower cost. If you are with Verizon they have their "oops" program.
