Poor service in order process

I ordered 2 Moto X Pure Edition phones two weeks ago. Called Moto today since they were two days overdue. They had canceled my order because I gave a private mail box as the shipping address so the box would not sit on my porch. Since I checked out online as a guest, their policy is that they don't notify customers of the cancellation!

Seriously! Makes me want to buy another product. Has anybody else experienced this shoddy service from Motorola? Is this service indicative of what I can expect post sale?
