6225 or 6230
does anyone know if and when verizon will carry the 6225 and cingular the 6230
...
It has been a while since I have visited this thread... sorry for not replying earlier.
The 6230 is definitely coming to Cingular. The timetable is different depending on who you talk to but I have heard April 1 from some and June from others. I am inclined to believe the June release because Cingular is usually one quarter behind the published release date. 1st quarter 2004 for the 6230.
The 6225 is a bit more confusing... A friend of mine who is in sales at Verizon told me a long time ago that Verizon was testing the phone and would likely release it this spring... Since Sprint has released the 6225 I am inclined to believe that Verizon will not be releasing it as is.,.. and will likely require Nokia to modify it and call it somet...
