There are some hardware and or software problems. The one i had first shut off on it's own for no reason and you had to take the battery off and put it back on to even power on. Then it froze up and i had to do the same thing and it went to searching for signal and wouldn't come off that with even taking the battery off and putting it back on. This new one i have now doesn't like to ring when a call is coming in sometimes. It has good reception and keeps calls when talking but it has a hard time connecting when someone calls. I don't know if it's just mine. I am careful with cells and i do use them alot to. overall when it does work it's a good phone.
