LG-4400(B) and Ringster

I need some help here.

I just got my new VZW phone on monday and wanted to try out Get it Now.

I downloaded Ringster and paid the 1 song download fee...

I am unable to access the downloads of any form. I try to run Ringster and my phone power-cycles. I can't download the ringtone I paid for! (yes I checked under downloaded tones and it is empty)

Ideas?

I would call customer care and ask to be transfered to WDTS (Wireless Data Tech Support). Then in the menus enter the Get It Now option and it goes right to someone. These guys are trained for this kinda stuff 🙂
