LG8550 Chocolate verizonwireless dropped calls
☹️ I have LG VX8550 with Verizonwireless in los angeles area. This is a cool looking phone and the sound quality is much improved over the 8500. About half the calls I will see the caller ID on the screen and 2-3 rings, and before I can answer, the call was dropped. I would check the missed call list and this call is not on there. Usually the caller 9my family members) will make the second call and the second call will get thru.
I complained to Verizonwireless, and so far their person has been great. I would get a refurbished phone in usually less than 3 days. Unfortunately, the same thing happens. I am on my 4th refurbished phone now and still the same problem. I also tried the reset by removing battery and so forth for each one ...
