LG UX 245 WHY SELL A CRIPPLED PHONE ?
OK first I know its low end. But $250. to me is high end.
I have had LG for as many years as they have been out. LG vx6000 I have kept till Dec.06. I let my Grandkids talk me into getting a new one. 🤠Sooooo when LG came out with Bluetooth I went ahead an got it. Bluetooth geez oh weez.I hate this LG UX245. The sound is really, really bad, on both ends. 😳 NO TRAINING on the voice dialing? I still can't get it to dial the right number! Now I find out I cant' use the bluetooth with my pc or palm T5 ect. ect. ect. The only bluetooth on it is for a wireless ear piece. WHAT IN THE WORLD ARE THEY THINKING??? 😕 Can anyone out there tell me if I can get something that will let me use it with the palm or pc? (please don't say buy...

I actually work for Us Cellular, and you can use the bloothtooth with your pc and or palm. Basically you just have to sink it into those products. Which case your products have put codes on there to sink in other bluetooth products. Which should be in your manuals on your palm or pc. Also, if you are having issues with your 245 I would have a tech look at the phone. They do not charge you for that, and there really could be a problem that is not physically present until we pull it open. Also, we are currently having some issues with the 245 and bluetooth headsets. If you bring it in, we can take a look at this and see if you have one of the CHina LG models. So bring it in!!!

Thank you so much for the answer. I'm not really sure what you mean "sink" it into the products. Do you mean pair? I got a Jabra BT125 headset today that works fine with it. Oh yeah it will not pair with my grand daughters
either.
Also where are you located.... I live in the midwest MO. I think that is the problem. I honestly was told by LG tech department that US Cellular had it made NOT to work with anything BUT the headset. ????????

Actaully sinc, is a term or sink that is what we call it when you pair through your pc or palm. That means transfering info and stuff. Pair is a term we use when we want you pair with you computur/palm/phone so that it recongnizes the product you are using. Again sinc, is like all the info. Bluetooth allows you to sinc your info to either of those products. Jabra are excellant headset, my fav are blue ant. The new one has an LCD screen!!! So you can see who is calling you, that is sweet!!! I live in New hampshire, but work in a us cell in portland maine. Techs can break the barrier in your phone to work with other blue tooth products I SWEAR!!!! Its a simple code we can unlock in your phone. Your 245 needs to be looked at for sure...
