I have a BlackBerry 8330 Curve and recently purchased the Motorola S9 Bluetooth Stereo Headphones. The device was paired and connected and I have no trouble listening to my music files, answering calls, placing calls or any other controls. The only problem I've had is the fact that I can't get the audio on video files to play via the Bluetooth Headphones. I have tried this on other 8330 Curves and experienced the same problem. However, on other BlackBerrys' (the storm etc.) the audio on video files play great. A work around or any information on how to correct this would be greatly appreciated. FYI, I have also tried the same with a different make Bluetooth Headphone and get the same scenario.

I like the storm touch screen, for some reasons Im not crazy about the Iphone...

are they going to have a storm version for att?

I was wondering does any know when the blackberry app store is released this spring/summer with it work with the blackberry 8900 or is it just going to be for the storm.
Any info i would appreciate it.

So i have a 8gb memory card and every time i put it in it says memory card inserted, but when i go to the memory amount it says 100.1mb and when i try to hit menu to format it nothing shows up.
Could someone help me out and let me know if i am doing something wrong.

Is it possible to easily transfer data from an eNV2 to a Storm? I'm replacing the eNV2 but I need to be able to transfer the contacts and stuff from one to the other.

Hey so I saw something on here a while back about RIM opening it up to third part apps. Does any one know of any good sites to get apps or places to go to get thrid party apps for blackberry. I want something more then just facebook and myspace and that I don't have to pay $9.99 for... Any info guys?

Is it possible to access your home pc programs and files from your blackberry over the air, not being linked using the usb cable.

Exact name of the phone is Blackberry 8703.

I found this model is cheaper than even lower model number of Blackberry (both used one).

It's like... 83XX one is more expansive than 8703 one. I assumed the higher number meant newer version and worth more. But it seems like they are not.
What does the model number mean?


One more question,, I paid $62 for used 8703 one(including charger and so on..). Is it expansive?

I see the Nextel BB Curve 8350 has the 4.6 OS loaded. Most carriers have adopted OS 4.5, except for Sprint which is still hanging onto 4.3.

Why can't the 8310, 8320, and 8330 get the 4.6 OS? Is it because the 8900 is coming soon?

Has anyone used the slacker mobile application??

If so what do you think of it?

So I'm playn' around with the BB Bold for awhile. And I have 'BB Alerts' running on it and I see under profiles, advanced there's an option for BB Alerts, witch I'm pretty sure wasn't there on older BB's I used with that app.

So I'm wondering if I can adjust the settings of BB Alerts from there rather than opening up the app and doing it from there?

Also under the sound settings (you know, enhanced, more bass, more treble) what's 'previous'?
I assume it means what the user previously had it set at. Like if I adjust the volume with the rocker switch, with 'previous' selected that's where the volume would stay.

Has anyone else noticed that the Wi-Fi on the Bold doesn't work sometimes? Is there any6way to fix it so that way there can be a better Wi-Fi signal? Thanks.

im sure many of you already know how to do this but for those who dont. if you try to update your bb software to the 4.5 you may get a fatal error where you dont have an os this can happen with any software ver. update you attempt to install. what you need to do is "downgrade" your software back to the one you had before. its always smart to have the prevoius ver of bb software on a jump drive or some wher on your comp.here are the steps.


1.) delete the new version of the bb os from your comp

2.) install the old versions of the bb os onto your comp

3.) install the new version of the bb os onto you phone via the apploader.

this should bring you bb back from the dead.
