I know I don't know much about all this stuff, but I did successfully downloaded all the MP3s I wanted (purchased a software with tons of ring tones) - so, I have different songs set that I hear when someone calls, when I receive a message, etc... however, I know some people have songs that people hear when they call them - instead of a regular ringing tone we are all used to... hope you know what I mean... PLEASE HELP! Crying or Very sad

I want to use a wired headset with my krzr but when I plug in the motorola adapter I am unable to use the phone at all- like it is locked up. the adapter part# is syn1505a. The motorola website says that the adapter is compatable with the krzr. Anyone else ever come across this problem.

I just got a Razr2 V9m from USCell.
I want to put my home phone in the contacts and then assign it to
speed dial location 1.

But this seems to be used for 'voicemail' and I dont use or have voicemail.

Last time I had this issue on a motorola phone there was some trick to get around this but I dont recall what that was.

I can put my home phone in the voicemail setup area but that seems to be GHETTO
and when you press and hold down #1 it says its calling voicemail.

I dont want my wife to get confused...

Any thoughts on this?

I am facing a strange problem with My Motorazer V8. Without My knowledge missed calls are being sent from my mobile to random numbers (numbers not in my contact list). Has anyone faced this kind of problem ?? Is this a problem with Vodafone or my mobile set?? 🙄 😢

I have been with vwz since 99 and have only owned 4 phones. Three of them were moto T720, E815 and I cannot remember what the first one was. I am going to the 6800 b/c cause of work. Is moto coming out with a touch screen pda phone that will work with vwz??? I do not like any of the Q's.

i have the i870 with nextel..and this is my 4th phone...every like 4 months this thing geeks out on me and gets what they call the "white screen of death" i have no clue why it does it..but it does it with every i870 i have had...except for this one *knock on wood* i love the phone besides not being able to use MP3's as ringtones but man its just ridiculous b/c its one of the "better" nextel phones...just dont get it

Can I take the songs from my 902 (that I bought on Sprint/Nextel Store put them on my card and transfer them to my computer to use on itunes?

I have had my KRZR K1M for just over a year (1 week out of warranty). The problem I have is battery life. My old battery was getting 6 hours of life even if I wasn't using the phone and yes I have always let it run completely down and then charged it fully. One of the things I started to notice is the phone would say fully charged after being plugged in for about 20-30 minutes (car and 2 different wall chargers.)

I bought a new battery and I am having the exact same problems as I had before. Is this a phone issue? Anyone have any ideas on how to fix it? 6 hours of standby doesn't work and having 30 minutes (if that) of total talk time before having to be recharged sucks.

I recently bought a new razr2 v9 and ive seen on the adds you can reply to a text message without opening the phone. ive looked through the instruction manual and still cant figure this out.

i have cingular if that matters

any help would be appreciated

My V325i will not accept a charge either from an outlet or car charger. I get an "Unauthorized Charger" message and the battery icon disappears. I may have spilled coffee on it. Tried everything I can think of. Any recommendations other than replacing the phone?

So, I need a new phone (my current one is a T68i, yeah I know 🤭 ).

I've got a few technical questions:

1) Ring tones: Do I get to put an mp3 from my PC on the phone and use it directly as a ring tone? What does "72 chords" mean exactly? I mean, I play guitar 😉, but that only seems to add to the confusion. What does it mean when my mobile newspaper lists "48 chords"?

2) Linux-related: The review I've read says that you can use this phone as an external disk "thanks to the included software". Now, it's important that I can use it without this software (like a USB stick), or els...

I had a previous version of the Razor and found that when it synced with Outlook, if you had multiple phone numbers for a contact, it would sync to the phone listing the contact name 4 times - once for each number listed. It made for a lot of scroll time. Can anyone tell me if the V9 does the same thing? Thanks for your time.

I have my mobile unit since Nov 26, 2006 (less than a year) and was sold to me as brand new. For the past few weeks I have charged it overnight. Early AM shows battery as fully charged BUT as soon as five minutes of conversation are done, it is totally uncharged. I went to an authorized dealer aiming to find battery replacement but kid in store explained me it is the unit itself. He showed me a humidity indicator inside the unit. I explained him I have the unit all times with me, no water have entered into the unit. That I live in a studio without air conditioning, that then I travel in my car (with A/C), that 20% to 30% of my work is in office with A/C and rest is outside. When I bought the unit the salesperson was made aware of my work env...

For those of you who want a Motorola Q I would like to share my experience with you.....
I've had 4 of them.

The first, I actually had for a good while. I experienced alot of frequent freezing and had trouble with the phone not wanting to charge (wall, car, or USB). When it did this I would have to sit there anywhere from 5-15 minutes plugging and un-plugging until I got a charge. Not to mention when I would walk away then come back to a completely dead phone because for some unknown reason it stopped charging....on the charger.

So I got another one, fresh out the box. This one didn't even take 3 weeks of the same exact behavior only to completely freeze up for good causing me to lose every bit of information I entered into this p...

i have a rizr z3 and a desktop with bluetooth connected to the internet. Is there a way to get the phone to use the "network access" my bluetooth desktop can provide? I would like to use the internet on the phone without the data service charge.
