I was wondering, I would like to do a poll on which Nokia phone families are the most masculine and feminine.

For those who don't know what are the families, here they are:
>>1000 - Ultrabasic
>>2000 - Basic
>>3000 - Expression
>>5000 - Active
>>6000 - Classic/Business
>>7000 - Fashion
>>8000 - Premium
>>9000 - Communicator
>>NSeries
>>ESeries

For the most feminine, the 7000 series easily gets my vote. As for masculine, I know that some would choose the NSeries, however, I personally find most of the 3000 series being masculine (at least that was the case with the 3620 that I had before I upgraded to the N75).

With my new 6650 fold, the camera takes very grainy pictures. Does anyone have any recommended setting to limit or eliminate this?

Sometime when I am texting it seems maybe I press the 4 key and the phone turns off. Other times I am not sure what if any button I press and the phone turns off. Does anyone else have this issue? If so, what did you do? 😕

Nokia, you have hardly ANY models on AT+T, or any US carrier for that matter, and virtually NONE that are smartphones.

Are you really trying your hardest to lose you share of the smartphone market? While RIM and Apple are making inroads and while Apple now has the best selling phone in the US ever (the 3G iphone) you have sat around and done what? opened a flagship store?

I'm checking out the Nokia E51 model. Amazon is selling a US version of th Phone but it shows operating freq for 3g as WCDMA 850/2100.
I think the US bands for 3g is WCDMA 850/1900 but i'm not sure on this.

Can someone verify if this phone will work in US.

I'm on AT&T and would really like to get my hands on an unbranded Nokia phone. What does everyone recommend for a non-N-series phone, quad-band, US HSPDA frequencies (if possible)? If I have to I'll look at the N-Series but I'm trying to not blow a ton of money on one if I can. Thanks.

I have owned many nokia phones but have found that the current nokia model (i.e. Nokia N95 8GB)'s display is dullest of all. I mean, when out, in the day, I'm not able to view any video or whatever. Even sometimes what I'm typing to dial, isn't clear and I've to move to some shaded/dark place in order to read what I'm typing. Pls tell is it happening with me only?

2nd, I've also found that pictures taken by 3.2MP camera of N73 are much more, much more vivid and colorful than of N95.
Am I true or false. Pls comment.

Ok, I want to know what is the latest or newest "old" phone that was used with the s60 software but the 2nd edition, not the new 3rd edition. The new edition runs .SISX I want to find the newest phone that can run .SIS files. All s60 3rd edition phones can't run these files. Whats the last phone that used the older version? I have a Nokia 6310i that will no longer connect to Optus Zoo using GPRS. (I used to be able to view emails by connecting through GPRS).

I now receive error messages such as 'File too large to be loaded' or 'Couldn't reach the indicated web server'.

I have tried Tech Support both at Optus and at Nokia. In the end Optus said the phone is just too old.

Does anybody know how to overcome this problem?

Does anyone know if you can download and install new visualizations for the mp3 player on the n95? it comes with 2 pre-installed but those are really crappy. Anyone know if they have any new ones? The way windows media player has downloadable ones? Thanks in advances. 😎

why the hell has nokia just up and left cdma carriers , i know cingular and verizon and others have 1 or 2 still in there line up , but it seems like all the "cool" nokias are in asia or europe and not comming here!!
