I'm switching over to cingular in october and i'm looking for a good phone with camera, video, and mp3 capabilities. I have been looking into the 3620, 6230, and 6620. Can anyone give me any advice on any of thes phones? Thanks!

😁 I have purchased a Nokia 6230 to use in the US and it's a great phone!!! I'm having one problem though; I can't get onto the internet. I have put in all of my carrier's Nokia programming instructions and the only thing I'm not sure about is it asks me for a proxy address. Anyone know anything about it??? Thanks

the fun camera or the camera & headset?

I have a 7210 from before camera mobile was commonly available, and I really luv my phone. I got HS-1C before PT-3 came out, it's good but I don't like how it needs to b connected to the phone and also no flash, but the good thing is you can view the picture straight away on the phone. I jus got PT-3 and it looks great - should I sell my HS-1C which I really hardly use or keep it because it would complement PT-3 and be used for other times?

ok i have a 3595. i have an older one. i want to upgrade to the software of the newer ones with aim in the menu. cs said i could get the upgrade in the store so i go there and the guy said he has no idea what i am talkin about and says they cant do it. i called today and the lady said all they could do is sell me a new phone. so how do i get my phone upgraded??? anyhelp is appreciated

😢 I have recently acquired Nokia 6600. 1-2 times a day it freezes with the messages "Application close log" and "Application close logserv". I have to switch the phone on and then off to fix it. Can some one please help. Is there a ptach available?

Okay, well, i downloaded a .mid file as a ringtone.. cost me 1.50 and when i try to open it or play it it says i can't open file..

The sites legit, i know others who have used the site before.. but why can't my phone play it?

i have a Nokia 6100, i know it can play polyphonic ringtones.. so thats not the problem..

Where and how can we get the best choice of ring tones for a Nokia 6560? Is there a disk or something that has ring tone, game, and screen saver options that can be downloaded to the handset? I have something for my Nextel phone but have not seen anything like it for Nokia.

Right now I have a nokia 8390 and cingular service... I've been waiting for a upgrade... I like both the 6620 and 7610 that are coming out...

My family and I are going to be traveling to Greece for the Olympics at the beginning of august, I hoping to have one of the above phones by then with international service... Right now I'm leaning more towards the 6620 because of the infared port.. I'm planning on bringing my laptop witch also has a infared port, and ideally using EDGE internet on my laptop in Greece... Is this just a pipe dream? and are either of those 2 phones internationally capable?

What other options if these aren't possible?

can a n-gage take a cingular sim card

i was wondering if anyone could help me set-up the gprs and mms for 6230 i got over seas for cingular.

Does anyone have experince using a 6340i; 3200; 6310i overseas. I need to buy a phone that works well in teh USA, Asia and Europe. I hope to stay with a Nokia but am unsure of the best model for purchase in the USA (since I usually live oversaeas). Any other comments or suggestions are welcome.

I recently got a Nokia 6820 and am having difficulties getting the GPRS services to work over Cingular' Network. The phone itself works great for making and receiving calls or for SMS messaging, but for some reason I can not get the internet to work.

Does anyone out there have any insight with this unit--what settings do I need for this phone to work over the GPRS network?

Does anyone out there have information as to the market share by series for Nokia brand phones? That is, I'm looking for the number / percent of, for example, 6200-series = x-% of Nokia phones in use, 3200-series = y-%, etc., where the total of all Nokia phones = 100%. If that isn't directly available, I'd appreciate suggestions as to possible sources of such data. Thanks in advance!

Has anyone purchased a Vaja vertical or horizontal case for the 6820? Any other cases for this phone that are nice AND functional? The never ending search for the perfect case continues!
