I recently got an Impression and Ilove it BUT...when someone texts a picture to me, I cannot figure out how to save it to my phone so that I can use it as a caller ID or just to have on my phone.

Does anyone know how to do this and pleeeaasse don't tell me it can't be done...I'll cry...or scream...not sure yet.

Does anyone know how to convert this phone to Google? I heard that you have to put it into airplane mode and then turn on your wifi to be able to download it but I need more instruction if anyone can help. 😁

I am looking at buying a new touch screen phone and currently looking at Samsung Solstice a887. Last night while searching online, I found a WireFly online deal on this phone at http://www.dealrocker.com/promotions/wirefly/ deals/ . They are offering Samsung Solstice A887 for free with a new AT&T account. I am pretty much interested to get this phone, but want experts' opinions before gonna buy it. Does anyone have any experience with this phone?

I was wondering if anyone could assist me with how to transfer photos from a several-years-old Samsung Blackjack i607 to iPhotos on my MacBook Pro. Using the USB cable that came with the BlackJack has not worked; the MacBook does not recognize the device. I was able to pair the two via Bluetooth, however, and attempted to send one of the .jpg photos to the computer. I selected the photo, waited for the phone to "find" the computer and name it in the next prompt, then followed the instruction to hit "Beam". The Computer name then showed the word "Pend" next to it, then the word "Fail". But I cannot figure out why it is failing.

Anyone have any suggestions? I am definitely not a computer whiz and this has confounded me. Thanks for an...

I can't find any way of setting a tone or ring-tone for the count down timer. It just vibrates 😕

Is there anyway to disallow external rings except by manually changing your ring? Most phones default to no external tones when you plug in a headset and that's the norm as far as I know but for the life of me, I can not get around this. I had to turn my texts to vibrate only because while listening to music, with headphones in, the phone is extremely loud and disturbing to others. :/

I recently bought the new Samsung Seek. So far it seems like it's a great phone, but there is one thing I cannot figure out.

How do you create a playlist on your PC that can be used by the Seek? It seems the only way to create a playlist is to do it on the phone itself. The playlist file the phone creates is a .lst file, containing lots of binary data, so its not exactly human readable. There is another binary file the phone creates that seems to contain a list of the different playlists you have created, but it is also heavily mixed with binary data making it difficult to read/decode/understand.

I have downloaded the freecaddie (a Golf gps app) application on my highlight. When I try to use it seems to search for the gps or a sat and it never finds anything. Is there a way to activate the gps function on a highlight?

I recently switched from AT&T to Verizon and now have a Samsung Intensity. Before quitting AT&T, I used a Motorola backup program to download all my phone contacts into a .csv file.

The Intensity comes with a USB cable as part of the charger, which means I can connect the phone to the PC, but I obviously need software of some sort for the PC to be able to talk to the phone.

Is there shareware/freeware software available that will allow me to upload my contacts to the Intensity?

samsung is the best phone brand i ever used.. nokia phones are well most ofthe are bulky and i dont like the interface.. they dont have many eco friendly phones too,so are the other brands too,but samsung has many eco phones.. i hope other brands also create phones like this .. keep it up samsung 😉

I cannot hear the person talking to me, but they can hear me. Is there anything I can do to make it work properly, or do I need to purchase something else? I plugged it into the charger slot. Thanks for your help.
