Have used HP pda's / windows OP sys. before smart phones. Insist any carrier I use has PC based phones. Have over 2000 tasks in Outlook on my pc. Same docs sync. over 2 my smartphone. Tasks is all words in docs search able. MS word & other word processors only come up on a search if the word or phrase is in the title of the doc. MS sync is set up so that changes made during the day on the PC or the phone ... the task docs combine the data entries made on either machine in a given doc. Have not been with Verizon because of their lack of PC based phones. Hv test driven I phone and Droids. Neither will sync more than contacts and some calender items even with expensive work arounds. Off site exchange services like drop box, G-mail, cloud etc ...
