Have you tried reseting you router? If that does not work there may be an app you can download that may have a work around to connect to your wfi? Is this the only device. It may be the router and what frequency it is opperating on. Usually you can talk to your ISP and will send you to level 2 tech to change the frequency that may be the issue. Or you try to manualy enter the IP adress in the phone when you connect to your network.
