Android, Router, Call of Duty Always On connection

I was looking for a router that you could plug in your android device to work as a backup or failover, I have only been able to find one. The thing I love about it is I have DSL and love playing call of duty however my dsl goes down for a few seconds after I bought the router I plug in my Android phone and instant switch over..
