Sprint HTC Evo 4G users who did not already successfully update their phones should begin seeing the update again as early as today. Among other improvements, the update brings 802.11n speeds to the Wi-Fi capabilities of the Evo 4G. The device is still being certified as an 802.11n unit, but users should still benefit from the faster network connection while the certification process is being finalized. Users with phones that failed during the update process are urged to go to their local corporate-owned Sprint store for service.

"urged to go to their local corporate-owned Sprint store for service."

Yet I know that I will probably get loads of idiots in my PREFERRED RETAILER store--half of whom shouldn't have even been allowed to purchase a phone that complicated--asking me to install it for them.

Sorry. Having a bad day.
just venting aye/
my thinking is, "it's a "smart"phone" right?
it's not a "dumb" phone. 😛
You sound lazy. You ever wonder what would happen to your job if no one came in to your store? Maybe I better stick with AT&T.
