V-710 Security code, does anybody know how to get buy the security code? The guy I bought the phone from is no longer around and I need to do a master reset on the phone.

Have you tried the last four of your cell phone number? that's the default unless he changed it (most people don't change it)

go to your local telus dealer and get them to do the manual long programming on the phone. it is hidden in there - and that's the only way to find it

if the phone has been locked your local telus dealer wont be able to do it..
if you cannot figure it you then the phone will need to be sent away to motorola and they would have to unlock the phone
