Blackberry

splat

I have a 7250 with Verizon in the US which works great. I am going to do some international traveling, and would like to upgrade my Blackberry to an international version, but it doesn't appear that Verizon has one...does anyone know what else I can do?

Thanks!

Verizon is a CDMA carrier. CDMA is used in very few countries. The standard in most countries is GSM. You will need to get either an unlocked phone, so that you can buy local prepaid cards for the countries you visit, or get service with one of the GSM carriers in the US (Cingular and Tmobile) that carry a blackberry. I believe both of them have some form of blackberry in their line up anyway.
