Motorola A840 or SamsungA795
I am going on an Oceania cruise of western Europe and currently am a Verizon subscriber. Ocenaia has a new system that makes it possible to use wireless at sea, providing you use one of the big carriers like Verizon. The only GSM phones Verizon offers are Motorola A840 or Samsung A795. Last year I took a Motorola A840 phone with me on a cruise and had to keep rebooting it, so I returned it.
Any idea whether either one of these phones is now a good phone to have?

Wow! I don't think you will get much feedback on this. That's cool that you can use those phones on CDMA and GSM though! I remember hearing about these, but it's been awhile.
