Dell Venue Android in Europe

Hello to everyone

I am considering buying the Dell Venue Android phone from Dell US site, and it's giving me the option to choose from "3G-Optimized for PCS networks (AT&T, etc)" and "3G-Optimized for AWS networks (T-Mobile, etc)". The problem is that I would be using it in Europe, with European SIM cards. The phone is unlocked, so no problems there. I just want to ask which version is better suited for European 3G networks, some say neither, some say either...

Could somebody here shed some light into this? It would be much appreciated 🙂

Thank you

I believe both versions support WCDMA 2100 as well, which is the main mode needed for European 3G networks.

If you get one that also supports WCDMA 900, that's even better, as some Euro networks us that as well. But 2100 will get you 3G service in most of Europe.
