You can use MPTrim (google it ... free app) to trim the custom mp3 then use Rumkin.com to upload it to the phone (just make sure you have a data plan on that device) 😈

3gforfree is also a good site for downloading ringers at a bitrate that your phone cant handle and then causes it to powercycle.
