iPhone 6S Repair

So I dropped my 6S in water while charging. The bottom part of the iPhone was in a bucket no deeper than the home button for maybe five minutes. All working fine. I took it off the charger and it sat for a while. Screen was very responsive but I noticed the volume was stuck on headphone mode while no headphones were plugged in. I plugged in headphones to see if that would fix the problem but it did not.

After I unplugged the headphones the screen went completely black. I did a hard reboot and the Apple logo came on but soon all went black. I called my phone from another and it was ringing fine, alerts were sounding fine as well.

I left it alone again for some hours off of the charger. I wanted it to die out completely. I would know b...
