I sell Alltel and live in Northwestern WI. I really like Alltel here and it works well. I personally choose it over T-Mobile. There's really nothing to complain about Alltel up here XD

The reason it's popular in TX is the only choices you have in tx are Big huge National companies or Alltel. Not that Alltel is small or anything, just that's your choice. Alltel worked hard to get the rural areas of TX under control before the big boys got there, so they probably aren't a bad choice for you.
