I got a bit annoyed with this guy. You can guess what happened. The next rep he talks to will get to read this.
"cst has a damaged phone. hinge is broken. no insurance on account. both lines are out of warranty which would not cover damage anyway. claims the phone has been giving him problems for over a month but there are no notes. cst also parked in a handicapped spot and is not handicapped."
