"I want to add insurance because my phone is already acting up"
I'm sorry but I cant add insurance if there are any issues with the phone HOWEVER if the phone is acting up and it's a manufacturer issue I'd be happy to get you to our warranty department and they will rectify the issue.

Before adding insurance to anyone's phone I am required to get confirmation there is nothing wrong with the phone...I get incentives for adding so I wish I could... if it's a software issue warranty will help you... blah blah
