I worked in call centers for years

before I knew about the 'aftercall' button Laughing

I'm reeaaaallly good at multitasking on calls and being ready for the next call before current call is over.

that's the first button i learned to work!

I try to stay away from it... In our call center the Aftercall or ACW button bumps you to the top of the call Queues.
