I like to read your crazy customer stories and thought I would share one of my own:
So had this customer call in who wanted a free microcell (this is a big no-no), and she was really yelling. I was utilizing my favorite button, the mute key, and trying to tune her out when *BANG* (sounds like she drops the phone) and she yells "Charlie get out here, the rats are eating the roaches!!!!!
I was like 😲 🤨 😳 🤣 🤣 🤣 , than she hung up.. 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣 🤣

I can only wonder if she meant ****roaches or pot-roaches 😕 (not sure which is better or worse)

In my call center we give away free Microcells all the time.... We are on a special program where we are allowed to do that. As well as override Iphone upgrad eligibility and a bunch of other cool stuff.
