Can you please explain to me wtf you are thinking? Our call volume is through the roof, no avail anywhere on the horizon, you cancel the training class that was supposed to come in, and then you seriously expect us to work obscene amounts of overtime because you don't want to hire in the new training class that we desperately need? Then, when anyone says no to the request for more overtime, you are going to try to guilt trip them about how badly they are needed right now and how grateful they should be to come in and deal with nasty people all day for 9.00 an hour???!!!
Are you ****ing kidding me????
The worst part is, I'm still here putting up with it after 5 years. I must be brain dead!
